Graphical user interface
Instead of starting with generating the intermediate datasets, the main window layout was chosen to reflect the most common task for users, which is histogramming the data. Any field highlighted with a red border is an indication that an input is required or is invalid. Hovering over GUI elements will display a tooltip. Some buttons are disabled until all inputs are valid. In the list of workspaces, right click or left click context menus are available.
